Explorations in English Learning (EXEL) promotes open-access publishing without financial barriers for authors or readers.

There are no article processing charges (APCs), submission, or publication fees at any stage of the editorial and production process. Authors are not required to pay for submission, peer review, editing, or publication of accepted manuscripts.

This fee-free model reflects our dedication to supporting equitable access to academic publishing and ensuring that high-quality research in English language education can be widely disseminated regardless of authors’ financial resources or institutional funding.
