1. Submission and Peer Review Fees

The Interdisciplinary Journal of Education (IJE) does not charge authors any fee for manuscript submission or peer review.

Authors may submit manuscripts and participate in the editorial and peer-review process without payment.

2. Article Processing Charge (APC)

An Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 350,000 is applied only to manuscripts that have successfully completed the editorial and peer-review process and have received a formal acceptance decision.

For international authors, the APC is approximately USD 50. The equivalent amount may vary depending on the applicable exchange rate and payment arrangement.

3. When the APC Becomes Payable

The APC becomes payable only after the manuscript has received a formal acceptance decision from the journal.

Publication and production processing will proceed after the required APC has been received and verified by the journal or publisher.

Authors should not make any payment before receiving an official acceptance notification and payment instruction from IJE.

4. Payment Information

Authors should retain proof of payment and submit it through the official communication channel specified by the editorial office.

5. Additional Charges

IJE does not impose undisclosed mandatory publication charges. Any additional service that may involve a separate cost must be communicated clearly to the author in advance.

Language editing, translation, or other optional editorial support services, where used, should be distinguished from the journal's APC. Authors should be informed of any applicable cost before agreeing to such a service.

6. Transparency of Fees

All mandatory publication fees are disclosed publicly on the journal website. IJE does not require authors to pay hidden or undisclosed charges after acceptance.

If the journal changes its APC or introduces another mandatory fee, the revised information should be published on the journal website before it applies to newly submitted manuscripts.
