About the Journal

The Interdisciplinary Journal of Education (IJE) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal dedicated to advancing rigorous and interdisciplinary research in education.

IJE provides a scholarly platform for researchers, educators, practitioners, educational leaders, and policymakers to publish original research that contributes to educational theory, research, policy, practice, and innovation.

The journal welcomes high-quality quantitative, qualitative, mixed-methods, experimental, theoretical, systematic review, meta-analysis, bibliometric, and methodological studies across diverse educational fields.

Areas of interest include teaching and learning, curriculum and assessment, educational leadership and management, teacher education, educational technology and artificial intelligence, inclusive education, educational psychology, vocational and entrepreneurship education, language education, STEM education, sustainability education, community learning, and other interdisciplinary areas in which education constitutes the central scholarly contribution.

Manuscripts that successfully pass initial editorial screening are evaluated through a double-anonymous peer-review process, normally by at least two independent reviewers with relevant expertise.
